The company was incorporated as Jaysynth Dyechem Pvt. Ltd. on 5th Oct 1973 with the main objective to carry on business of manufactures and dealers in dyes, dyes intermediates, organic chemicals, textile auxiliaries, pigments, resins, plasticizers and emulsions. The name of the Company was changed from Jaysynth Dyechem Ltd., to JD Orgochem Ltd.,vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 19/12/2003.
